Once we get going gear from coil will be rolled on for the job you fill inside the coil which is why I want people to be on the job they want and not here to fill a spot and roll gear for a main job. There are no requirements as far as ilvl goes, we all seem to be 95+ which is more than enough to start learning T6. We are not here for perfection in all things, I want a good attitude and a willingness to learn with a drama free group of people who know this is a game and not a job. We will progress but at our speed and wont freak out if we don't blaze through the coil, again its a game, if you want something to stress about there is always real life :D
